AUBURN -- The sales team at Kendall Ridge believes this weekend is ideal for a "date day," and the community's private homesites on a lush greenbelt offer true romantic living.

Built by Australia's MainVue Homes, Kendall Ridge's homes feature Mount Rainier and Auburn Valley views and the builder's signature outdoor rooms.

The World of Model Homes is located just down the road from Kendall Ridge. It is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 29027 123rd Way S.E. in Auburn.
The Sienna, located on Lot 105 at Kendall Ridge and available for tours at the World of Model Homes, is a 2,663-square-foot, two-story design highlighted by an outdoor room that is accessible via the home's dining room and kitchen.
"Homebuyers can't wait to tell me all the ideas they have for this space," says Clarke. "They really understand that it's meant to be another living area, not like decks that you might find in a typical square house."
The Sienna has a covered front porch and designer glass-paneled front door that opens to the grand foyer adjacent to a den/study. The dining room extends into a free-flowing space for the kitchen and nearby great room/lounge area with a fireplace.
