Eastside community in final phase of sales

BOTHELL -- Verdeaux offers "an investment of a lifetime for the move-down or move-up buyer," says Sherri Alfaro, the condominium community's listing agent.

Located off Interstate 405 near Bothell and Woodinville, the 96-home community is in the final stage of selling. Alfaro says seven homes remain for sale at prices starting at $229,950.

Recent homebuyers Scott and Eloisa Shogreen say they appreciate the level of finishes and features available at this price point.

Verdeaux has a secure underground parking garage, a playground, a cabana and tennis courts. Residents appreciate the community's park-like setting and its proximity to Eastside shopping and recreation.

The homes at Verdeaux include two bedrooms, two baths and balconies off the living rooms. Many homes have dens, open flex spaces and additional covered decks off the master suites.
