Second phase of Eastside townhomes now available

NEWCASTLE -- Lake Boren Townhomes, located eight minutes from downtown Bellevue, has sold 75 percent of its first phase of homes. Phase two is expected to be complete by fall, and presales have reached 35 percent.

The three-level townhomes are located on the northwest shore of Lake Boren. Prices start at $339,888 and FHA financing is available. Qualified buyers can put as little as 3.5 percent down, which is less than $12,000.
