EVERETT -- The three- and four-bedroom homes at Manor Oaks are nestled on a quiet side street near the junction of Everett, Lynnwood and Mukilteo. Four of the community's eight homes sold in the past week, and the final two homes for sale are ready for quick move-in.
"New homes in this area are extremely scarce right now," says Heather Andreini, the listing agent at Manor Oaks. "We're one of the few neighborhoods that have high-quality finished new homes that are ready to go."
Homes range in size from 1,664 to 2,377 square feet. Buyers can choose from five floor plans, including the popular Shasta II design that features four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and several luxury upgrades. Prices at Manor Oaks start in the mid-$200,000s.
The neighborhood is located in a private setting with native-growth protected areas. It is five minutes from Paine Field and the Everett Boeing plant, and shopping, dining and entertainment options can be found at nearby Alderwood Mall. Access to Interstates 5 and 405 is just minutes away.
"It's truly about location here at Manor Oaks," Andreini says. "Everything at Alderwood Mall is right here, as well as freeway access and countless recreational activities. There's something for everyone to enjoy."
Three homes are available with the Premier package of features offered by builder Pacific Ridge Homes. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, extensive hardwood flooring, rounded drywall corners, and tile countertops in the master bath are included in the package.
Other standard features include GE appliances, birch kitchen cabinetry with concealed hinges, chrome Moen and Olympia faucets, state-of-the-art cabling and network wiring, 40-gallon gas water heaters and high-efficiency forced-air natural-gas furnaces with programmable thermostats. Each living room is wired for a flat-panel TV.
"These features and amenities can be costly upgrades in homes from other builders," says Andreini. "You get a lot of home for your money with Pacific Ridge."
Pacific Ridge has three preferred lenders available with a variety of financing options for buyers, including a zero-closing-cost offer.
"We sold the first home in the neighborhood the day we opened," Andreini says. "We've continued to see a lot of interest, and I'm confident that homes are going to move quickly here."
