EVERETT -- Additional inventory has been released to meet homebuyer demand at Larimer Highlands.
Built by Pacific Ridge Homes, the 82-home neighborhood is located on a hill overlooking the Snohomish River Valley in Everett. The homesites are nestled among winding streets and maple, alder and evergreen trees.
"We've seen a lot of excitement about this new community," says Heather Andreini, the listing agent for Larimer Highlands. "People love the location, and the views are breathtaking."
Prices start in the $300,000s and range in size up to 3,662 square feet. There are 20 floor plans in three- to six-bedroom configurations, and customizing options are available. Six homes are available for quick move-in, and 12 presale homesites were released last week.
"Larimer Highlands is one of the few communities in this area that has move-in-ready view homes available at these price points," Andreini says.
There is a zero-closing-cost promotion available on select move-in-ready homes. Financing options are available from Pacific Ridge Homes' lending partners.
"Larimer Highlands has unveiled some exciting new models for this neighborhood," Andreini says. "The Chelan II showcases a new trend in home design with dual master suites -- one on the main floor and one on the second floor. A fully furnished Chelan II is available for immediate move-in. There are also some great family home models like the Blakely and Skagit ready for viewing and move-in."
Every home features the builder's Premier Package, which includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, hardwood flooring, rounded drywall corners, and tile countertops in the master baths.
The neighborhood is a short drive from shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities at Mill Creek Town Center and Silver Firs Center.
"We are seeing all types of buyers here," Andreini says. "Microsoft, Google and Boeing professionals, families with children and empty nesters looking for a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Seattle, Everett and the Eastside have all been very impressed."
