BOTHELL -- Time is running out for those interested in purchasing a home at Tambark Springs. The community has nine homes remaining for sale, most of which border 33.5 acres of permanent meadowland.

Located between historic downtown Bothell and Mill Creek Town Center, the collection of three- to five-bedroom homes is built by CamWest, a Toll Brothers company. Move-in-ready and presale opportunities are available.

"This is our final release of homes," says Randy Reeves, the listing agent at Tambark Springs. "The community has been a tremendous success [and] we have saved some of the best homesites for last. For example, one of our homes for sale -- our last four-bedroom Cottonwood floor plan -- is bordered on two sides by open space and features an east-facing front door."

Tambark Springs is 3.5 miles south of Mill Creek Town Center and 8 miles north of downtown Bothell. The community is close to Interstates 5 and 405 and Highway 9, and nearby amenities include Alderwood Mall and the University of Washington Bothell.

"In addition to our convenient address, we also offer a low-maintenance lifestyle," Reeves says. "Front yards are maintained by the homeowners' association, and backyards are fully fenced and offer a choice of outdoor-garden packages that include firepits, planting beds or water features."

Presale buyers can personalize their homes using the builder's CamYes! customization program.

"We've held construction on some of the presale homes at foundation or framing so they can be completed quickly but still offer homeowners the opportunity to customize their spaces," says Scott Petrie, the project manager at Tambark Springs. "I like being able to work with the homeowners -- to understand what they are looking for in a new home and make that come true for them."

The interiors of the homes include 9-foot ceilings on the main levels, strategically placed windows for maximum daylight and privacy, gas fireplaces with classic hearths in family rooms, and open kitchens with stainless steel appliances and natural wood cabinetry crowned with molding.

Floor plans include open great rooms, master suites with five-piece baths, two-car garages and optional first-floor guest suites or second-floor lofts.

Homes within Tambark Springs are grouped in cul-de-sacs to encourage homeowner interaction. The neighborhood has its own private park and is also close to area parks, trails and open spaces.

Toll Brothers was named 2012 Builder of the Year by Professional Builder magazine, becoming the first builder to win the honor twice. Its recent purchase of CamWest Development, LLC -- which has been building homes locally for more than 20 years -- expands the company's reach to the Pacific Northwest.

Founded in 1967, Toll Brothers is now building homes in 20 states.
