EVERETT -- Larimer Highlands, a community of view homes, has released for sale its final lots available for building.

"Home sales in this new neighborhood have blown away our expectations," says Heather Andreini, the listing agent at Larimer Highlands. "Right now, we're selling them as fast as we can build them."

Larimer Highlands is a neighborhood of 82 homes built by Pacific Ridge Homes. It is located on a quiet hill that overlooks the Snohomish River Valley. Homesites with views of a greenbelt and the Cascade Mountains are nestled among winding streets and tall maples, alders and evergreens.

"We've had a lot of excitement about this new community since it opened," Andreini says. "People absolutely love the location, and the views are breathtaking."

There are eight homes available for move-in. Last week, the final 17 presale homesites were released.

Homes in the neighborhood are priced starting in the $300,000s. They are available in three- to six-bedroom configurations that measure up to 3,662 square feet. There are several floor plans available, as well as hundreds of customizable options.

The Chelan II model home at Larimer Highlands showcases a new trend in home design -- dual master suites, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. The Blakely and Shasta II models are also open for viewing and move-in.

"Every home here comes with the Pacific Ridge Premier Package," Andreini says. "Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, hardwood flooring, rounded drywall corners, and tile countertops in the master bath are all included."

The neighborhood is a short drive from shopping, dining and entertainment options at Mill Creek Town Center, and the location offers convenient access to Interstate 5.

"We are seeing all types of buyers here," Andreini says. "Microsoft, Google and Boeing professionals, families with children, and empty nesters looking for a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Seattle, Everett and the Eastside have all been very impressed."

Buyers can take advantage of several financing options offered by the builder's lending partners. Onsite prequalification is also available.
