One home is move-in ready, more are on the way

REDMOND -- Hazelwood offers homebuyers a range of floor plans and architectural styles in a cul-de-sac setting near 5.5 acres of protected greenbelt.

The pedestrian-friendly neighborhood of three- to five-bedroom homes is a short walk from PCC Natural Markets and Starbucks. It includes amenities such as Cascade Mountain views, neighborhood parks, heritage trees and walking paths.

Built by CamWest, a Toll Brothers company, Hazelwood has both move-in-ready and presale opportunities available. Two model homes have been fully furnished, allowing homebuyers to get a feel for how the homes "live," says John L. Scott's Jamie Ham, the listing agent.

"Currently, we have one move-in-ready home, which is one of our models," Ham says. "Additional homes are nearing completion in 60 to 90 days."

There are 22 homes available for sale featuring 14 floor plans. "We only have three more daylight-basement homes available for sale, and we still have homes for sale that offer mountain and territorial views," Ham says.

The builder's CamYes! program gives presale buyers the opportunity to work one-on-one with Hazelwood's project manager to personalize their floor plans and finishes.

"[CamWest] built some of the homes to a certain point in the schedule and then held construction so that the future homeowners can add their own personal touches," Ham says.

The move-in-ready home is the Moore plan. Priced at $578,450, the three-bedroom home includes polished hardwood floors throughout the main level and slab granite countertops in the kitchen. The home features a great-room layout and has a second-floor bonus room.

The second model home is the four-bedroom Sidney plan, a three-story view home with a lower-level bonus room. The home's great room has a gas fireplace encased in custom woodwork that covers the width of the living room wall. A covered balcony off the dining room provides a quiet spot for outdoor meals.

All of the homes at Hazelwood include two-car garages, five-piece master baths with soaking tubs, and gas fireplaces in great rooms or family rooms. There are four exterior elevation options available.

Two neighborhood parks include a half-court basketball court and a play structure, and a trail at the back of the community connects to the Sammamish River Trail.

Hazelwood is near destinations such as Redmond Town Center, Bella Bottega Shopping Center, Marymoor Park and the Microsoft campus. Its location between state Route 520 and Interstate 405 offers multiple commute routes.

Toll Brothers was named 2012 Builder of the Year by Professional Builder magazine, becoming the first builder to win the honor twice. Its purchase of CamWest Development, LLC -- which has been building homes locally for more than 20 years -- expanded the company's reach to the Pacific Northwest.

Founded in 1967, Toll Brothers is now building homes in 20 states.
