EVERETT — Larimer Highlands is in the final phase of selling its remaining lots and new homes.

"We've saved the best for last," says Heather Andreini, the community's listing agent. "The best views, largest homesites and most-impressive home plans are ready to go."

Larimer Highlands is an 82-home neighborhood on a hill overlooking the Snohomish River Valley. Homes are nestled among towering maples, alders and evergreens, and dozens have views of the Cascade Mountains.

Four homes are available for a quick move-in. The final 10 presale homesites have also been released and are in various stages of build out. Two furnished model homes are open for tours.

"We've had a lot of excitement about this new community since the day we opened," Andreini says. "Home sales here have far exceeded our expectations, and we've reached our final phase much sooner than we anticipated."

Remaining homes are available in three-, four- and five-bedroom configurations measuring up to 3,662 square feet. There are hundreds of customizable options available.

The Chelan II plan showcases a new trend in home design: dual master suites, with one located on the main floor and another on the second floor. Other popular plans include the Barclay and Cascade; both are available to view as furnished models and are ready for move-in.

Larimer Highlands is built by Pacific Ridge Homes, and all of the homes feature the builder's Premier Package of amenities.

"Stainless steel appliances, double ovens, slab granite kitchen countertops, gas fireplaces, hardwood flooring, rounded drywall corners and tile countertops in the master bath are all included," Andreini says.

All homes for sale feature upgraded outdoor living spaces with oversize covered patios.
The neighborhood is located a short drive from shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities at Mill Creek Town Center and offers convenient access to Interstate 5.
