Lakefront community to release final homes next month

NEWCASTLE — Lake Boren Townhomes, located on the northwest shore of Lake Boren and eight minutes from downtown Bellevue, is more than 75 percent sold. The final seven lakefront homes will be available for sale starting on April 6.

"Buyers are definitely responding to this amazing lakefront property," says Erik Mehr of Erik Mehr & Associates, the sales group that is representing Lake Boren Townhomes.

"Our final seven street-front homes went on sale Feb. 8, and now only a few remain. The move-in date is still six months out, but buyers see prices increasing and inventory dwindling so they're purchasing prior to completion. The market has undergone a significant shift."

The three-level lakefront homes for sale on April 6 will have two bedrooms, two baths, cabinets of dark wenge wood or light oak, slab granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Nine-foot ceilings with oversize windows and doors fill the homes with light, and glass-railed decks offer unobstructed lake views.
