LYNNWOOD — Fox Creek, located near the junction of Lynnwood, Brier and Bothell, recently celebrated its grand opening. More than a dozen homes have been sold.
"Everyone who walks through these new homes is blown away by the attention to detail and craftsmanship," says Cara Currey, the listing agent at Fox Creek. "The builder is an engineer himself, and the care he puts into each home shows."
Built by Hultquist Homes, the three- and four-bedroom homes at Fox Creek range in size from 1,922 to 2,975 square feet. Two furnished model homes are open for tours.
Currey says the floor plans are open and filled with natural light. In several plans, the master suite is on the main floor. Some have dual master suites, with one upstairs and one down.
"Bonus rooms, tech spaces, dens and numerous other designer touches abound," she says. "There are also a wide array of custom options available for buyers to add their own personal touch to their new home."
Standard features include 9-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors, oversize windows, hardwood flooring throughout the main floor, slab granite counters in the kitchen, designer tile backsplashes, and stainless steel appliances.
Exterior finishes include Hardie fiber-cement lap siding and 30-year architectural shingles.
"The views from many of the lots at Fox Creek are simply breathtaking," Currey says. "Most homesites back up to either a park or a natural buffer area with a creek running through it."
Fox Creek is located minutes from Interstates 5 and 405, providing convenient access to Everett, Seattle and the Eastside.
Currey says families, first-time or move-up buyers, and empty nesters have been drawn to Fox Creek.
"Access to Boeing and Paine Field is incredibly close, as are all of the great dining, shopping and entertainment options at nearby Alderwood Mall," she says.
