Snohomish County collection will include six homes

This weekend marks the grand opening of Quail Run, a collection of six homes on a cul-de-sac.

Open 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Saturdays–Sundays at 212th Street Southeast and 39th Avenue Southeast, Bothell

BOTHELL — Quail Run, a neighborhood of six homes located on a cul-de-sac, celebrates its grand opening today.

Quail Run's balance of lifestyle, luxury and location makes it one of the most highly anticipated communities in the area, according to Heather Andreini, the listing agent.

"I've gotten a ton of inquiries about this new community already, and we haven't even opened up for sales yet," she says. "There's a lot of pent-up demand for new homes in Bothell, and this will be a fabulous addition to the area."

One home at Quail Run is complete and ready for a quick move-in, and the others are in various stages of construction.

The four- and five-bedroom homes at Quail Run will be available in six floor plans that range in size from 2,948 to 3,662 square feet. Prices start in the high $400,000s.

The community's builder, Pacific Ridge Homes, is offering some of its largest and most popular designs at Quail Run. The Chelan II is designed with dual master suites — one on the main floor and one on the second floor. The Mason features a three-car garage. Other plans include bedrooms and three-quarter baths on the main floor.

"Every home in this new community features the highest level of included amenities offered by Pacific Ridge," Andreini says. "Buyers are getting a lot for their money at Quail Run."

All homes include hand-scraped hardwood flooring, double ovens and microwaves, slab granite kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Other standards offered by Pacific Ridge Homes include forced-air natural-gas heat, 40-gallon gas water heaters, double-pane vinyl windows and a programmable thermostat to maximize each home's energy efficiency.

Networking cables are installed throughout each home, and every family room is prewired for a wall-mounted flat-screen television.

"Most homes feature the newest trend in home design: outdoor living spaces with large covered patios," Andreini says. "Homes also have fully landscaped and fenced backyards."

Buyers can choose from a range of financing options available from three of Pacific Ridge Homes' preferred lending partners, Andreini says.

"Prices are still down from the highs of a few years ago, and interest rates are still flirting with historical lows," she says. "It's a great time to come out and take a look at this great new neighborhood. We're anticipating brisk sales here."
