AUBURN — Oakpointe Communities is celebrating the grand opening of its newly completed model home at Bridges June 29.

Individuals who stop by from noon to 3 p.m. can enjoy a catered lunch and enter for a chance to win a weekend trip to San Francisco.

Located just north of the intersection of 304th Avenue Southeast and Southeast 124th Street, Bridges is a master-planned community that features parks, hiking and biking trails and protected greenbelts.

"Bridges balances its tranquil setting with a well-connected address that's within minutes of urban conveniences and amenities," says Brian Ross, president of Oakpointe Communities.

Homebuyers can choose from contemporary or classic Northwest architectural styles. Exterior features include covered front porches and shingle detailing.

The three- to five-bedroom designs have open great rooms, dens and granite countertops. Energy-saving features include Nest thermostats that adapt to homeowners' preferences and can be controlled by mobile devices.

Each home at Oakpointe at Bridges includes a covered outdoor room that is protected on three sides to extend living space. Most homes include bonus rooms or lofts.

"These homes were designed for today's homebuyers, with gracious living spaces, energy-efficient innovations and oversized windows that fill the rooms with natural light," Ross says. "We invite everyone out today to tour our model home — you may even win the trip to San Francisco."
