LYNNWOOD — The Fox Creek community, located at the junction of Lynnwood, Brier and Bothell, offers quick connections to Interstates 5 and 405.
"Families, first-time buyers, move-up buyers and empty nesters are all drawn to this location," says Cara Currey, the listing agent at Fox Creek.
"People appreciate the convenient access to Boeing in Everett, the UW Bothell campus and Paine Field, as well as the dining, shopping and entertainment options at nearby Alderwood Mall."
She says most homesites back to a park, open space or a greenbelt, and "the views from the newly released lots for sale are simply breathtaking."
The three-, four- and five-bedroom homes at Fox Creek are built by Hultquist Homes and range in size from 1,922 to 2,975 square feet.
"Floor plans are open and filled with natural light," Currey says. "Several floor plans showcase the latest design trends in new homes, including the master suite on the main floor, dual master suites — one upstairs and one down — and outdoor living spaces.
"There is also a wide array of custom options available so buyers can add their own personal touches to their new homes."
Standard features include 9-foot ceilings, 8-foot doorways, oversize windows, hardwood flooring throughout the main level, slab granite countertops in the kitchen, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances and tankless water heaters. A 10-year warranty is included with every home, and year-end sales incentives are available.
"You get a lot of features, amenities and value from these homes," Currey says.
She says an average of one home per week has been sold since Fox Creek's grand opening in March. Four move-in-ready homes are available, and 25 lots were recently released for sale and await construction.
"The furnished model is open daily and by appointment to make it as convenient as possible. Buyers can walk through and view the standard features, as well as some of the upgrade options that are available," Currey says.
"Everyone who walks through these homes is blown away by the attention to detail and craftsmanship. Whether you are looking for a move-in-ready home or to custom build on one of our lots, there's something for everyone at Fox Creek."
