MARYSVILLE — CreekWalk is a 65-home neighborhood adjacent to Strawberry Fields Park, which includes more than 70 acres of sports facilities, trails and picnic areas, as well as an off-leash dog park.

"We anticipate a lot of excitement at CreekWalk," says David Duncan, the listing agent for the community. "It has that hard-to-find balance of style, location and value that people love."

Homes at CreekWalk range in size from 1,821 to 3,399 square feet. There are 16 floor plans in three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom configurations. In addition, buyers can select from among hundreds of customizable options at the builder's online design studio at

Duncan says Pacific Ridge Homes utilized low-impact standards when developing the CreekWalk neighborhood. Planners and engineers used the site's natural features to keep stormwater as close as possible to its source to minimize the environmental effects of runoff.

"The creeks that run alongside the neighborhood allowed us to build to these new standards," Duncan says. "It gives buyers a great feeling to know they are minimizing their environmental footprint."

CreekWalk is located near dining and shopping opportunities at Lakewood Crossing in Marysville and Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip. It's also close to the Tulalip Resort Casino.

"There's a lot to see and do in and around CreekWalk," Duncan says. "There is a walking trail inside the community, and a dedicated walkway to access Strawberry Fields Park."

Standard features in every home include granite kitchen countertops, hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, birch kitchen cabinetry with concealed hinges, chrome Moen and Olympia faucets, and high-efficiency forced-air natural-gas furnaces with programmable thermostats.

"Our standards can be costly upgrades at other new-home communities," says Duncan. "You get a lot of home for your money at Pacific Ridge."

Prices at CreekWalk start in the $200,000s. There are seven homes available for quick move-in.

"We have a furnished model available for viewing, and buyers can walk through any of the homes currently under construction," Duncan says.
