Boutique collection in early stages of presales

BELLEVUE — The Enclave at Newport Hills is a cul-de-sac neighborhood of 10 boutique homes planned near the intersection of Southeast 64th Street and 119th Avenue Southeast in the Newport Hills area.

The homes are being sold presale by CamWest, a Toll Brothers company, and will include a variety of designs and as many as five bedrooms.

Information about the homes is available at the sales center of CamWest's Belvedere community in Bellevue. Branden Jordon, the community sales manager at The Enclave at Newport Hills, is available to review floor plans and homesite locations and provide details about the homes.

"We have a list of interested homebuyers that's been compiled from word of mouth alone," he says. "That speaks volumes about CamWest's reputation for building high-quality homes."

Jordon says the homes at The Enclave at Newport Hills will be available in five floor plans and a variety of exterior designs.

"The community will have a wonderful streetscape that will harmonize with the surrounding established neighborhood," he says. "These are some of the builder's most-popular floor plans, the largest of which includes five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a three-car garage."

Buyers can personalize the details of their homes at CamWest's design studio in Kirkland.
The Enclave at Newport Hills borders a native preserve to the west. Newport Hills Park, within walking distance, includes soccer and baseball fields and a play area. Less than a mile away is the Newcastle Library, as well as grocery stores, banks, shops and restaurants.

"There's an off-leash dog park about a block and a half from the homes, and Interstate 405 is less than a mile away," Jordon says. "All of Bellevue's urban amenities are also a short drive from The Enclave at Newport Hills, including Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square. Thanks to the nearby access to I-405, the area's major employers are an easy commute as well."

Toll Brothers was named 2012 Builder of the Year by Professional Builder magazine, becoming the first builder to win the honor twice. Its purchase of CamWest Development expanded the company's reach to the Pacific Northwest.
