Downtown condo towers to offer views, amenities

Insignia’s homeowner amenities will include a fitness studio and yoga and Pilates areas.

Open 11 a.m.–6 p.m. daily at 2200 Sixth Ave., Suite 110, Seattle

SEATTLE — Insignia, under construction in downtown Seattle, will include two 41-story towers featuring a collection of one- and two-bedroom homes. Panoramic views will stretch from the Cascade to the Olympic mountains.

One-bedroom units are priced from the $400,000s and two-bedroom homes from the $600,000s.

"My ambition is to create truly great places for people to live, and Insignia represents this vision," says Nat Bosa, president of Bosa Development. "The architecture and design, the living spaces, the amenities, the location and lifestyle — everything has come together with this residence."

Amenities include a hotel-inspired lobby designed by Mitchell Freedland and decorated with black marble and natural wood. There will be a seventh-floor terrace with walking paths and sitting areas surrounded by manicured lawns and trees, an outdoor fireplace and dining areas.

Also on the seventh floor will be a two-story glass atrium that will house an indoor lap pool, spa and sauna. An adjacent fitness studio will include yoga and Pilates areas, and a screening room will be down the hall.

A residents retreat and entertainment lounge will be located on the 41st floor. Gated resident parking, bike storage and an outdoor pet retreat with an on-site pet wash and grooming area will also be included. Retail shops will be located on the ground floor.
