SNOQUALMIE — The centrally located Kimball Creek community is 25 minutes from the urban amenities of Bellevue and 35 minutes from the ski slopes of Snoqualmie Pass.
A range of home designs is available, including condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes. Located in the shadow of Mount Si, Kimball Creek has an intimate town-village setting that includes shops, restaurants, a central park and nature trails.
Built by CamWest, a Toll Brothers company, the homes are being sold presale, which gives buyers the opportunity to work with professionals at the builder's design studio to personalize their spaces.

"We just completed a new model home for homebuyers to tour," says Dennis Schauls, Kimball Creek's listing agent. "It's a three-story live/work townhome that showcases a mix of both our Cascade and our Pacific finish series, with dark mocha hardwood floors throughout the main living level, slab granite kitchen countertops with a full-height porcelain tile backsplash, and maple kitchen cabinetry in a spice finish.
"The home features a great-room layout, and has enormous volume with 9-foot ceilings and large corner windows — it's very open and bright. The lower level is zoned for commercial use and has a separate entrance, so it would be perfect for an attorney, accountant or consultant. Or it could be used as a guest room or home theater," he says.

Kimball Creek also has a furnished three-bedroom single-family model available for tours. It features the Boulder floor plan.
"It's a great home for entertaining," Schauls says. "The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas, so you're always part of the action. At the top of the stairs is a loft space that can be used as a home office or library, and the master bedroom has dual walk-in closets."
The kitchen has slab granite countertops, 42-inch white-painted cabinetry with crown molding, and a back-splash with glass subway tiles.
"We have a Boulder home design under construction that will be finished this spring," Schauls says. "So if you are looking to move into a home in the next few months, you can tour our model home to get a feel for how the home 'lives.' "
At the entrance to Kimball Creek is a shopping and dining village where homeowners can grab a bite to eat, visit a doctor or enjoy a spa service. A park at the heart of the community features play equipment, and a network of trails leads to nearby Snoqualmie Ridge, where homeowners can enjoy additional amenities, such as a grocery store, a golf course and a library.
