KIRKLAND — This weekend, homebuyers are invited to explore The Waterfront, a condominium community on the eastern shore of Lake Washington. Two fully furnished model homes will be open for tours from noon to 6 p.m. today and Sunday.
"We've sold over 50 percent of our condominium homes and both duplex homes since our fall opening," says Matt Gallanar, sales manager of Legacy Homes of Washington, the community's builder. "We already have residents enjoying the building.
"With only nine homes left in this 18-home community, we know we've hit a sweet spot among the homebuying market. People have been waiting for years for new homes on the lakefront. It's a rare opportunity to find a brand-new, high-end waterfront condominium in the Kirkland area.
"Residents and home shoppers rave about the design and the luxury amenities. Large lakeside decks seamlessly flow out from the inside living spaces. Residents also enjoy being on the water with community dock access, and it's a short walk to Juanita Beach Park and local bistros and bars," he says.
The homes range in size from 1,500 to more than 4,000 square feet, and include two or three bedrooms and 2.5 to three-plus baths. Homes are available on each of the building's seven floors.
The homes include master suites with five-piece baths, secondary bedrooms with en suite baths, great rooms with gas fireplaces, and oversize windows. Most floor plans include dens and extra storage.
Kitchens have Jenn-Air appliance packages that include refrigerators. In addition, each home has garage parking for two cars.
"Many of the homes have multiple decks, and several units include fireplaces in the master suite. And the homes have utility rooms, not just closets," Gallanar says.
