Collection offers flexibility for homebuyers

SEATTLE — For two recent Briarcliff at Magnolia homebuyers, family get-togethers just got a lot easier.
Two sisters and their husbands fell in love with the community, and they are now neighbors, according to Aubree Hazel, the listing agent at Briarcliff. Built by CamWest, a Toll Brothers company, the collection of 36 three- and four-bedroom homes is located in Seattle's iconic Magnolia neighborhood.
"The sisters' parents own a Toll Brothers home in Arizona," Hazel says. "When one of their daughters began looking for a new home in Seattle, they suggested she and her husband look at Briarcliff. They did, fell in love with it and bought a home here.
"Later, when the mother was in town, she and her two daughters visited Briarcliff together and the second daughter fell in love with the neighborhood, too. She went home and told her husband, and they purchased the same floor plan, just one house down from her sister."
From its location overlooking Puget Sound, Briarcliff offers views of the water, Seattle's skyline, Mount Rainier and the Olympic Mountains. The community has a mix of architectural designs, including Craftsman, shingle and contemporary styles.

Buyers can then work with a professional designer at the builder's design studio in Kirkland to select flooring, window coverings, cabinetry, countertops and more.
Briarcliff at Magnolia is approximately 15 minutes from downtown Seattle and within a half-mile of the trails and tidal beaches of the 534-acre Discovery Park. Metropolitan Market is minutes away on 34th Avenue West, and about a mile away is Magnolia Village, which includes a variety of restaurants and boutiques.
