ANACORTES — Perched on a hillside 2 miles from downtown Anacortes, San Juan Passage has earned a reputation for its island lifestyle and maritime vistas.

Davidson says the 1,742-square-foot Island House is among the most popular plans in the Seacoast Classics collection.

Visitors this weekend are encouraged to visit the four parks in the San Juan Passage community. Along the water's edge, residents can access the Guemes Channel Trail, which stretches along the shoreline for approximately three-quarters of a mile toward downtown Anacortes.
A community facility recently opened at San Juan Passage. It includes an outdoor fireplace, picnic shelter and pickleball court.
