MARYSVILLE — CreekWalk is a neighborhood of 65 homes being built adjacent to Strawberry Fields Park, which can be accessed by homeowners via a dedicated walkway.

The park has more than 72 acres of sports facilities, trails and picnic areas, as well as an off-leash dog park.

"We have experienced a lot of excitement at CreekWalk," says David Duncan, the listing agent at the community. "It has that hard-to-find balance of style, location and value that people are looking for."

The homes at CreekWalk range in size from 1,821 to 3,399 square feet. There are 16 floor plans in three-, four-, five- or six-bedroom configurations. Buyers can choose from hundreds of customizable interior and exterior options using the builder's online home design studio.

Prices start in the $200,000s at CreekWalk, where eight homes are available for quick move-in. The builder, Pacific Ridge Homes, is offering up to $10,000 in incentives on any move-in-ready homes closed by Aug. 29.

Duncan says the builder is utilizing low-impact development standards at CreekWalk.

"The creeks that run alongside the neighborhood allowed us to protect water quality and keep stormwater as close to its source as possible to minimize the environmental effects of runoff," he says. "It gives buyers a great feeling to know they are minimizing their environmental footprint."

Standard features at CreekWalk include granite kitchen countertops, hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, birch kitchen cabinetry with concealed hinges, tile countertops in the master bath, and chrome Moen and Olympia faucets.

The homes also have high-efficiency forced-air natural-gas furnaces with programmable thermostats.

CreekWalk is located near Seattle Premium Outlets and Lakewood Crossing for shopping. The Tulalip Resort Casino is also close by.
