KIRKLAND — Willows Bluff, a collection of 26 three- to six-bedroom homes, celebrates the opening of its sales center June 28-29. The community's elevated location offers sweeping views of the Sammamish River Valley and Mount Rainier.
"There has been a great deal of anticipation leading up to today's opening [of the sales center]," says John L. Scott Real Estate's Jamie Ham, the listing agent at Willows Bluff. "We've been receiving 10-15 phone calls a day from people wanting to know more about the homes. With only 26 available, we expect they will sell quickly."
Built by Toll Brothers, Willows Bluff is a cul-de-sac-inspired neighborhood that features a mix of two-story, basement and three-story floor plans. Depending on the plan, homes may include main-level guest suites, loft spaces, private libraries, game rooms or bonus rooms.
"Our home designs appeal to a broad range of tastes and styles," Ham says. "The Chelan design, for example, features a welcoming wraparound front porch. When you step in the front door, you're greeted by an elegant living room and a two-story, formal dining room with bay windows. Light pours into the space and carries up to the second-floor reading loft that is right outside the master retreat."
The community's basement homes include lower- level rec rooms with adjacent guest bedrooms and full baths. "The rec rooms open up to covered patios, and upstairs there are decks off of the great rooms," Ham says.
The Twain is a three-story, four-bedroom contemporary design. It has an urban architectural aesthetic with geometric shapes paired with warm Northwest elements, Ham says.
"The home includes a bedroom with full bath on the lower level, which can be used as a guest suite or a bonus room," he says. "The main living level offers an open-concept layout with a covered balcony off of the great room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including a master suite that encompasses half of the third level."
Presale buyers can personalize their homes at Toll Brothers' design studio.
"The design studio has a gallery of options, ranging from countertops and lighting packages to flooring and plumbing fixtures," Ham says. "You can even choose your window coverings and appliances. And best of all, there are professional designers who will work with you one-on-one to transform your house into a home that is uniquely yours."
Willows Bluff is located near Highways 202 and 520 and Interstate 405, which offers multiple commute routes.
"We are approximately 10 minutes from Google's Kirkland offices, the Microsoft Redmond Campus and downtown Bellevue," Ham says. "In addition, Redmond Town Center and Marymoor Park are less than 5 miles away."
