SNOQUALMIE — Kimball Creek is a mountain-hamlet-inspired community in the shadow of Mount Si that offers a range of designs, including condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes.
"Kimball Creek feels like its own little town," says Dennis Schauls, the community's listing agent. "At our entrance is a retail village with shops, services and restaurants. A central park with picnic tables and play equipment serves as a great gathering space for homeowners, and nature trails lead to nearby Snoqualmie Ridge."
He says homes are available to meet every homebuying timeline — from move-in-ready to presale.
"One of our model homes [with] the Boulder design is for sale now," Schauls says. "Priced at $414,950, this three-bedroom single-family home makes a great first impression with a two-story entry. A loft at the top of the stairs can be used as tech space or a reading area, and the master suite has two walk-in closets."
The kitchen includes white-painted cabinets topped with crown molding, as well as slab granite countertops with a glass subway-tile backsplash.
"We have a second Boulder home nearing completion, and in August, one of our Cohen designs is scheduled to be ready for move-in," Schauls says. "It's an ideal home for people who like to entertain. The kitchen is flanked by the dining room and living room, and it boasts a wide kitchen island with room for seating. It can serve as a convenient buffet or the perfect spot for casual meals."
The homes at Kimball Creek are being built by Toll Brothers. A special event is planned this weekend at the sales center.
"Previously known locally as CamWest, moving forward the homebuilder's communities will be built exclusively under the Toll Brothers brand and name," Schauls says. "We'll have refreshments on hand this weekend, so stop by our sales center to say hi."
For homes being sold presale, buyers can personalize their spaces by working with a professional designer at the builder's Design Studio in Kirkland. They can choose window coverings, appliances, plumbing, flooring, countertops, cabinet colors and more.
In addition to the retail village at the front of the community, homeowners are close to the amenities at Snoqualmie Ridge, which include a grocery store, a golf course, a library, shops and restaurants.
"This is a remarkable address to call home," Schauls says. "You're surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Northwest — including Snoqualmie Falls, which is only a mile away. I-90 is just a little more than 3 miles away, so you can be in downtown Bellevue in less than half an hour, or on one of the area's most popular hiking trails in minutes."
