LYNNWOOD — Veremonte Vista is a cul-de-sac of 10 homes in a wooded setting that offers views of nearby Mill Creek and the Cascade Mountains.
"We have seen a lot of excitement about the neighborhood, especially now that all of the homes are finished," says Gail Eshleman, the listing agent at Veremonte Vista. "People love the location, the views and the fantastic quality of these homes."
All five remaining homes, including the model home, are complete and available for immediate move-in. Built by Pacific Ridge Homes, they range from three to six bedrooms and include up to 3,662 square feet of living space.
"The builder is offering a $10,000 buyer incentive on each of the remaining homes," Eshleman says. "Buyers can use the credit toward closing costs, customized options, buying out applicable mortgage insurance to lower their monthly payments, or appliances. We can also work with our preferred lenders to suit a buyer's circumstances."
She says buyers who work with a preferred lending partner will get an additional $2,500 credit.
"We still have a Chelan II, one of [the builder's] most popular models, available on Homesite 7," Eshleman says. "This unique home features dual master suites — one on the main floor and a second one upstairs — as well as views to the east."
The model home is open Thursdays through Mondays for tours. Visitors can view standard features such as hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, slab granite kitchen countertops with full-height tile backsplashes, and ceramic-tile floors in the master baths.
Veremonte Vista is located near Mill Creek Town Center and Canyon Park, and offers convenient access to Interstates 5 and 405. Alderwood Mall, which includes shopping, dining and entertainment options, is a short drive away. Nearby Martha Lake Park offers a variety of recreational opportunities.
"[Veremonte Vista offers] luxury homes, a great location, impressive standard features and the ability to customize your new home," Eshleman says.
