SAMMAMISH — Shorelane Vistas will celebrate the opening of its newly completed model home June 21 from noon to 6 p.m. with tours and ice cream.
The community of 38 four- to six-bedroom homes is being built near East Lake Sammamish Parkway Southeast and across the street from Lake Sammamish.
"If you haven't had a chance to visit, this is the perfect opportunity," says Anne McIntosh, the listing agent at Shorelane Vistas. "We are so excited to introduce our new model home — it's absolutely stunning."
The model home was designed and furnished by Ryan Young Interiors. Taking inspiration from the scenic surroundings, designers outfitted the home in a color scheme of whites, slates and taupes to emulate a lakehouse aesthetic.
"The home strikes the perfect balance between beauty and casual comfort," says Celeste Roberts, senior designer at Ryan Young Interiors. "Coastal elements such as shells and driftwood are reflected in the art and the accessories, and a relaxed elegance is emphasized throughout, from the subtle color scheme to the gray-washed furniture.
"We also incorporated box-beam ceilings, woodwork on the staircase and in the dining room and living room, and a distressed-wood-ceiling treatment with a wash finish in the master suite."
The model home features the three-story Frazier floor plan. The four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home has two gas fireplaces — one in an informal family room and another in the dining room.
Chandeliers hang in both the entry and dining room to create a sense of formality, and the home's Hamptons-style family room opens up to a lake-view balcony. The kitchen includes white-painted cabinetry, and the master suite has hardwood floors.
Built by Toll Brothers, Shorelane Vistas includes a variety of floor plans and architectural styles. Some of the homes can be ready for move-in this summer.
Presale buyers can personalize their homes with the help of a designer. At the builder's design studio in Kirkland, homebuyers can choose their flooring, cabinetry, window coverings, appliances and more.
"When purchasing a home presale, it is not always easy to visualize precisely how your ideas and finish selections will translate once the home is complete," McIntosh says. "The designers have incorporated some upgrades into the model home that provide a sampling of all the possibilities."
Located within five minutes of Interstate 90, Shore-lane Vistas is near shopping, dining and entertainment options at Gilman Village, Grand Ridge Plaza and Pickering Place.
Also nearby is Lake Sammamish State Park, which offers 512 acres of trails, sports courts, playgrounds and more.
"This is a wonderful, close-in address, with water and sunset views that you'll look forward to coming home to every day," McIntosh says.
