RENTON — Claremont is a collection of 91 homes available in three- to six-bedroom designs and bordered on two sides by a protected greenbelt.

Toll Brothers, the builder at Claremont, kicks off its national sales event this weekend by offering homebuyers an upgraded appliance package, including refrigerator, washer and dryer, as well as other incentives on interior finishes for homes purchased by July 27.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for homebuyers," says Tana Lehman, the community sales manager at Claremont. "Depending on which home you purchase, the upgraded appliances can include such brands as KitchenAid, Wolf and SubZero.

"At Claremont, we have both presale and quick-delivery homes to choose from."

The homes that are available for quick move-in feature the Adams and Chelan floor plans. Both have finished basements with rec rooms, guest bedrooms and three-quarter baths.

The six-bedroom Adams design has a Colonial architectural style, including a covered front porch and classic columns. The entry leads into the formal living and dining room. Off the open family room is a guest suite with a three-quarter bath.

"It's a wonderful solution for multigenerational households or for families that host out-of-town visitors," Lehman says.

There is an open bonus room upstairs, where French doors lead into a master retreat that includes a tray ceiling and sitting area.

The five-bedroom Chelan design features a basement and a wrap-around porch.

"As you walk in the front door, you're greeted by a formal dining room with two-story ceilings," Lehman says. "There is also a sunlit living room at the front of the home, which is perfect for homeowners who like to entertain. The basement includes a covered back porch, and there is a deck off of the second-floor great room as well. Right outside of the master suite is an open loft space that can be used as a library or computer workspace."

Presale homebuyers at Claremont can work with a professional designer to personalize their spaces. At the builder's design studio in Kirkland, buyers can choose from 1,400 carpet colors, 325 wood finishes and 147 tile styles.

Claremont has a sports court and two parks with play structures. Apollo Elementary School serves the neighborhood and is located within walking distance.

Nearby destinations include The Landing and Gilman Village for shopping, as well as the 57-acre Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park, which offers swimming and boat launches in Lake Washington.

Interstates 90 and 405 and Coal Creek Parkway are easily accessible for commutes to Seattle or Bellevue.
