EDMONDS — Meadowdale Vista, a neighborhood of 27 homes located in the Meadowdale area of Edmonds, offers a balance of lifestyle, luxury and location.

"From the day we opened here, we have seen an incredible amount of interest from buyers," says Heather Andreini, the listing agent at Meadowdale Vista. "We have sold two-thirds of our homes, which has exceeded everyone's expectations. This has turned out to be one of [the builder's] most well-received communities."

Homes are priced from the mid-$300,000s to the low $400,000s, and are available in three- and four-bedroom configurations of up to 2,669 square feet. Four floor plans are available among the nine homes for sale; all will be ready for move-in by the end of August.

"Our furnished model showcases one of our newest plans, the Sanford, with 2,669 square feet, four bedrooms and three and a half baths," says Andreini. "The upper level offers a bedroom, full bath and bonus room that's perfect for a growing family or added flexibility."

Most of the homes at Meadowdale Vista include granite kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, hand-scraped hardwood flooring, white painted millwork and upgraded fireplaces.

"We wanted to give buyers a nice balance of luxury upgrades and features that seemed to fit well in the area," Andreini says.

Some of the homes for sale are available for quick move-in, and visitors can walk through the other homes under construction.

The builder, Pacific Ridge Homes, is offering up to $10,000 in incentives on any move-in-ready homes closed by Aug. 29.

Meadowdale Vista is close to shopping, dining and entertainment at nearby Alderwood Mall. The community also offers convenient access Highway 99 and Interstates 5 and 405.

Meadowdale Beach Community Park — which has hiking trails, picnic areas, beach access and water views — is a short walk away on a trail directly from the neighborhood.

Community residents are also near downtown Edmonds. The waterfront area has shops, restaurants and galleries.

"We always say it's all about location with a new-home neighborhood," Andreini says. "At Meadowdale Vista, there is truly something for everyone."
