LYNNWOOD — The final three homes are for sale at Fox Creek, a community of three- and four-bedroom homes located near the junction of Lynnwood, Brier and Bothell.

"Sales here have far exceeded our expectations, and we are down to the last homes," says Cara Currey, the listing agent at Fox Creek. "It's a great community with beautiful homes and an outstanding location."

Currey says families, first-time and move-up buyers, and empty nesters have all purchased homes at Fox Creek.

"People appreciate the community's convenient access to Boeing, Everett and the UW-Bothell campus, as well as the dining, shopping and entertainment options at nearby Alderwood Mall," she says.

The homes are priced in the $400,000s and are ready for quick move-in. As a bonus, there are zero closing costs when buyers work with the broker's preferred lender.

Built by Hultquist Homes, the remaining homes feature the Sitka floor plan. The 2,457-square-foot rambler design includes a daylight basement, master suite on the main floor and junior suite on the lower level.

Two of the homes have four-bedroom configurations, and the other has three bedrooms. One served as the sales model.

"These ramblers are perfect for buyers that are looking for the convenience of a one-level living environment, but still want room for guests and entertaining," Currey says.

Standard features include 9-foot ceilings, 8-foot door-ways, oversize windows, hardwood flooring throughout the main level, covered outdoor living spaces, quartz kitchen countertops, designer tile backsplashes and stainless steel appliances.

"Everyone who walks through these new homes is blown away by the incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship," Currey says. "You get a lot of features, amenities and value from these homes. It's not surprising that we've sold one home per week here since we opened."

The community is located near Interstates 5 and 405 and offers convenient access to Everett, Seattle and the Eastside.

"If you're looking for a beautiful new home in the Lynnwood, Brier or Bothell area, you can't go wrong at Fox Creek," Currey says.
