EDMONDS — The Preserve at Meadowdale Beach is a 50-home neighborhood located next to Meadowdale Beach Park. Residents are a short walk from beach hikes, picnics, views and sunsets over Puget Sound.

"Sales are hot at The Preserve at Meadowdale Beach," says Heather Andreini, the listing agent for the community. "The winning combination of a perfect location, plenty of luxury features and our new promotion has translated into a lot of summer sales excitement."

Built by Pacific Ridge Homes, the homes are available in four-, five- and six-bedroom configurations, and have up to 3,662 square feet of living space. Buyers can choose from six home plans and a variety of features and amenities.

Pacific Ridge is offering a financing plan at The Preserve at Meadowdale Beach that allows homebuyers to save up to $10,000. A $2,500 credit is also available for closing costs through the company's preferred lending partners.

Two newly furnished model homes are open daily for tours, along with a fully staged home for sale. Andreini says some homes are available for quick move-in, and others are under construction.

The builder has also released a select number of homesites for presale, which allows buyers to choose the location and floor plan prior to construction.

"We've included some of our most popular and best-selling home plans [at The Preserve at Meadowdale Beach]," Andreini says. "Pacific Ridge has also differentiated this community by offering its highest level of included features and amenities."

Kitchens feature slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances and double ovens. Outdoor living spaces include concrete patios with skylights, as well as full landscaping and fenced yards. LED lighting is also prominent throughout the main living spaces in every home.

"There's a new Northwest contemporary upgrade package available, with a dramatic fusion of glass, rock and smooth lines for a more upscale and modern look," Andreini says.

"We wanted to give buyers [at The Preserve at Meadowdale Beach] the luxury upgrades and amenities that seem to fit well in this area," Andreini says.

"Luxury homes, $10,000 in promotional savings, walking distance to the beach and great schools make The Preserve at Meadowdale Beach a wonderful place to call home,"
Andreini says.

The community is located close to shopping, dining and entertainment options
at Alderwood Mall. Downtown Edmonds is also nearby and offers a variety of shops, restaurants and galleries.
