BOTHELL — Cypress Ridge is a neighborhood of nine homes located on a hillside near the junction of Bothell, Kenmore and Brier.
"The interest we are seeing from buyers is incredible," says Dave Duncan, the listing agent at Cypress Ridge. "We've sold three of the nine homes since we opened a few weeks ago."
He says the community's location has been a strong selling point. Interstates 5 and 405 are nearby, which provide connections to Paine Field and the Boeing plant in Everett. Kenmore's public boat launch on Lake Washington is 3 miles away.
Dining, entertainment and shopping options are available at Canyon Park, Mill Creek Town Center and Alderwood Mall.
Built by Pacific Ridge Homes, Cypress Ridge is nestled among fir and cedar trees, and the homesites are protected by native-growth areas.
The six homes remaining for sale are expected to be completed within the next 45-90 days, Duncan says. A fully furnished sales model is open daily, and visitors can also walk through any of the homes under construction.
There are five floor plans in four- and five-bedroom configurations. They range in size from 3,277 to 3,662 square feet and are priced from the low $600,000s. Special rates and financing opportunities are available for buyers who work with the builder's preferred lenders.
Duncan says hundreds of custom options are available for buyers who wish to put their own touches on their home.
"With the Pacific Ridge online home-design studio, buyers can browse through all of the options available and create a dream home from the comfort of their home or office," he says. "It's one of our most valuable tools for buyers."
All of the homes include hand-scraped hardwood flooring in entries, hallways and kitchens; slab granite countertops with full-height glass-tile backsplashes; stainless steel GE Monogram appliances; ceramic tile flooring in baths and powder rooms; and gas fireplaces.
