BOTHELL — A fully furnished sales model is open for tours at Flagstone, a collection of 29 homes being built by Pacific Ridge Homes in the North Creek area of Bothell.
"This neighborhood features an expansive native-growth protected area that will be encircled by a variety of homes with the highest level of features and amenities we've ever offered," says Heather Andreini, the listing agent at Flagstone. "The builder has incorporated modern European design elements into these homes, which we know our buyers are going to love."
Visitors can also walk through any of the homes under construction. Andreini says home shoppers at Flagstone have included families, move-up buyers and empty nesters.
"The award-winning Northshore School District is also a huge selling point for families with children," she says.
The location offers commuter access to Interstates 5 and 405. Nearby dining, entertainment and shopping options can be found at Alderwood Mall and Mill Creek Town Center. There are recreational opportunities at the area's numerous parks and trails.
All of the homes at Flagstone will feature the builder's Northwest Contemporary Package of options, which "boasts a more modern and upscale look," Andreini says.
Homes will include hand-scraped hardwood flooring in the entries, kitchens and eating nooks; slab granite countertops with full-height, mosaic glass backsplashes; stainless steel GE Monogram appliances; dark-stained cabinetry; ceramic-tile flooring in baths; gas fireplaces; and fully fenced and landscaped rear yards.
Homes are available in three-, four- and five-bedroom configurations and range in size from 1,561 to 3,662 square feet. There are 13 floor plans available, including the builder's new Kimball design. It features a three-quarter bath and optional bedroom on the main level.
Hundreds of customizable options are also available.
As part of its "Summer Sell-A-Bration" promotion, Pacific Ridge Homes is giving buyers up to $10,000 in incentives on select quick-move-in homes that close by Sept. 30.
