Shelby Cobra, Shelby Mustang, Shelby salsa
Former racecar driver and automotive legend Carroll Shelby plans to walk in the footsteps of another legendary auto enthusiast, Paul Newman, by coming out with a line of food products including salad dressing mixes, salsa and cornbread by the end of the year. Shelby won the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1959, but is more well known for creating the Cobra sports car and various Shelby Mustangs for Ford after retiring from racing.

Toyota, Honda heat up hybrid price war
In an unusual move to compete with the new Honda Insight hybrid, Toyota will continue selling its current model Prius, even after the revamped version goes on sale in May. Models are usually phased out of production when an update is released. The Insight will start at $19,800, undercutting the current model Prius' starting price of $22,000. The revamped Prius is larger than the current model so it's predicted it will cost even more. The Insight has been a hit since going on sale in February in Japan. It is expected in U.S. showrooms in coming weeks. The Prius is the global best-seller in hybrids with 1.2 million sold around the world since its 1997 debut.
