Puget Sound views, spacious homes, designer features and resort-style amenities at attractive prices — that's what buyers find at Point Edwards condominiums in Edmonds. Homes start at $329,950 and down payments are as low as 3.5 percent with FHA financing.

It's a resort lifestyle at Point Edwards, where homeowners can relax on private patios and enjoy views of Puget Sound that extend over the Edmonds marina toward Olympic Mountain sunsets. Commuters can take the Sounder train from downtown Edmonds to Seattle.

At Point Edwards, owners will be moving into an established new community that is still selling well. More than 85 percent of homes have already sold; five have sold in the past month. Sixteen homes remain and are complete and ready for move-in. The homes include a one-bedroom, garden-view home for $329,950. Two-bedroom, garden-view homes start at $529,950.

West-facing homes at Point Edwards are oriented to capture panoramic views of Puget Sound, the Edmonds marina, ferry traffic and Olympic Mountains. View homes start at $499,950 for a one-bedroom plus den. Two-bedroom view homes are priced from the mid-$700,000s, recently reduced from $899,950.

Point Edwards is just blocks away from downtown Edmonds, where homeowners can enjoy shopping, dining, waterfront parks, a full-service marina, movie theater, seasonal farmers market and active arts groups. The Edmonds-Kingston ferry is a gateway to weekend getaways on the Kitsap and Olympic peninsulas.

Layered into the hillside above the Edmonds marina, Point Edwards has traditional Northwest-style architecture, designed to feel intimate with smaller individual buildings positioned to maximize views and natural light.

Interiors have spacious rooms, high ceilings and large windows. Slab granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, tiled bathrooms and gas fireplaces accent the homes. Every home has an oversized patio or deck and reserved, gated garage parking and storage.

Homeownership at Point Edwards includes membership in the Charter Club, the central community gathering place. The club includes a spacious lounging area with a large stone fireplace, full-service kitchen, 34-seat theater with surround sound, outdoor fireplace, outdoor infinity pool, spa, business center and fitness center. A second amenities center offers another fitness center, pool and spa at the south end of the property. When sales at Point Edwards are complete, the sales center will be converted into three overnight suites for homeowners' guests.
